Getting married in Tulum, Mexico

You selected Tulum as the place to get married.  What are the documents you have to bring?  Original and photocopy of the turist visa(FMT) and current passport.  Birth certificate with an Apostille from the Secretary of State both documents translated to Spanish and signed with a certification.
Complete application with witnesses and family information. Blood test 15 days before the wedding(done in Tulum). 4 witnesses are required(18 y/o or older); they can be Mexicans or foreigners with a valid ID

  1. Escanear y enviar por e-mail pasaporte vigente de ambas partes (fotografía) – favor de asegurarse de que el pasaporte estará vigente para la fecha de la boda.
  2. Escanear y enviar por e-mail actas de nacimiento de ambas partes.
  3. Si alguno o ambas partes se han divorciado, enviar toda la documentación de divorcio.
  4. Si alguno o ambas partes han cambiado legalmente de nombre, enviar la documentación pertinente.
  5. Escanear y enviar por e-mail los pasaportes de los cuatro testigos.
  6. Análisis de sangre, realizado una semana antes de la boda (factor Rh, VIH y prueba STD)
  7. Llenar solicitud de Matrimonio.
